Whether it’s due to global travel restrictions or personal circumstances, the need to take your meeting digital has become a reality. Having a specialized team that enables you to keep meeting objectives on track is critical to the success of your event. ISI can help the show go on even if a key presenter or some of the attendees are unable to attend in person. Our solutions help you stay connected today without losing audience engagement and interaction.
Technical and Production Expertise
In a virtual environment, it can feel like your event’s success relies solely on the technology you use to produce it. This priority shift can lead you to look for ways to alleviate technical challenges and ensure a reliable experience. Whether your presenter is remote or live on stage, delivering a streamlined and technically well-executed message has always remained our top priority. To help in this initiative, ISI has created technical and production standards built from years of experience and a foundation of best practices to ensure stability and consistency in virtual and hybrid events.

We come to you!
This virtual event option offers excellent broadcast quality with our simplest production setup. It is designed for fast deployment in your location, typically from a conference room, office, home office, or other meeting space. For virtual events, we provide one or two HD cameras, a production switcher, (4) wireless mics with sound mixing, simple lighting, and one of our remote web streaming kits. It also includes the webcast services needed to get your messages out to your audiences in their homes or offices. The package assumes one day to set up, broadcast, and dismantle the setup in your facility, which allows about 3-4 hours of actual broadcast time. Extended times and other options are available for a nominal charge.
Virtual event broadcast from our in house studio space
ISI offers a webcast stage for virtual events in our fully equipped event spaces. We recognize that you might not have a suitable location in your facility to host a broadcast so we offer ours.
The production package is more sophisticated than Option 1 to deliver a more polished look and feel. Since there is no setup required, you only pay for rehearsal and broadcast time. This assumes a normal workday with our standard package. We have multiple sets including a large LED wall with custom graphics and backgrounds, large format LED televisions, multiple drape colors, and professional sound and lighting. Optional upgrades are available to accommodate your needs. Contact us today to visit our facility.
Presenters streamed from remote locations
You may not want to fly your presenters into one location for a virtual event broadcast, but you want it to look like it is originating from the same location. ISI offers production services that will put your remote presenters in front of a green-screen with a camera that can either pre-record or live feed the presenter into our offices where we will put a uniform virtual background behind each presenter, plus we will insert their graphics next to them in a similar fashion to what you would see on network news shows. Because this is personally tailored to your organization, we will discuss your goals and prepare a proposal for you.
Virtual Event with professional switching
You may not be able to have your presenters in one location for a broadcast event, but you need multiple speakers to be sent out to your audience through a single managed broadcast feed. We have solutions for this where we bring presenters in through remote meeting software, and then “cut together” in a broadcast feed like you would see on television. We can also facilitate live panel discussions or 1-on-1 interviews in the same polished style.
Because this is personally tailored to your organization, we will discuss your goals and prepare a proposal for you. Our technical producers will work directly with your team to develop an effective, high-quality plan. We’ll propose unique ideas designed to meet your objectives
