ST. LOUIS BASED IRONMAN SOUND INDUSTRIES NOW AN EMPLOYEE-OWNED COMPANY
Ironman Sound Industries (ISI) based in St. Louis, Missouri is excited to announce the acquisition of the company by Markey’s effective January 1, 2023.
“Our employees will now become owners of the company they love with increased opportunities for development and growth,” commented Bob Horner, former owner of ISI and now Vice President of Corporate Development and manager of the St. Louis operation for Markey’s. “By joining the team at Markey’s, we are able to combine strengths and resources of a much larger entity to accelerate growth and enable ISI to offer new products and services to our existing clients. We will now have national reach with offices all over the country, making sure we can handle our clients’ needs in markets previously not possible. We all look forward to continuing to service our clients like we have since the beginning, but now in new and exciting ways,” explained Horner.
The ISI brand will remain intact in the St. Louis market and all ISI staff have been retained and are now employee-owners of Markey’s.
